Reservation Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Visit Gjirokastra.<br />

Cancellation Policy:<br />
Day Tours: Cancellations made on the same day may be subject to a 100% charge. Cancellations made one day in advance may be subject to a 50% charge.<br />
Week Tours: International terms and conditions apply for week-long tours, as specified during the booking process.<br />
Changes to Bookings: Changes to bookings may be accommodated subject to availability and additional terms specified by Visit Gjirokastra.<br />
No-shows: Failure to show up for a booked activity/event may result in forfeiture of payment unless otherwise specified in the booking terms.<br />
