This will be a delicious experience that will whet your appetite. You\'ll learn to cook some centuries-old recipes while you\'re in Gjirokaster, also you\'ll enjoy a meal you\'ve just learned to prepare.

In this local experience, you will learn to cook two of the oldest typical Gjirokastrian recipes, such as our Osa pasta with lamb meat and qifqi (rice balls) in a special pan, as well as a dessert that you will enjoy together at the end of cooking. We will also share with you the secret ingredient, as we have inherited it through generations from family tradition. You will get to know the spices, their use and benefits mixed with local history and folklore.
